The UK has updated its travel guidelines to include Covishield in its list of accepted vaccines on Wednesday 22nd September 2021.
From 4th October 2021, travelers vaccinated with Covishield will be allowed to enter the UK. The traffic light system of red, amber and green countries based on the levels of COVID-19 risk will be officially scrapped.
Travelers will be considered as ‘fully vaccinated’ if they are inoculated with a full dose of any of these vaccines -

The UK has updated its travel guidelines to include Covishield in its list of accepted vaccines on Wednesday 22nd September 2021.

Oğuz Atay Kimdir?
 Oğuz Atay 1934 doğumlu Türk roman ve öykü yazarıdır. Postmodernizm anlayışı ile eserlerini yazmıştır. Eserlerini yazarken, Dostoyevski, Franz Kafka, James Joyce, Vladimir Nabokov gibi ünlü yazarlardan etkilenerek yazmıştır. Tiyatro'ya kazandırdığı eserlerden dolayı aynı zamanda oyun yazarıdır.
 
 Oğuz Atay'ın Kısaca Hayatı
 Oğuz Atay 12 Ekim 1934'de Kastamonu'nun İnebolu ilçesinde dünyaya gelmiştir. Babası aynı zamanda ağır ceza yargıcı olan Cemil Atay'dır. Babası aynı zamanda Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi'nden milletvekilliği de yapmıştır. Oğuz Atay eğitimi için Ankara'ya gitmiştir. Ankara'da ilk ve ortaokul eğitimini tamamlamıştır. Üniversite eğitimi için İstanbul'a gitmeyi karar veren Oğuz Atay sınavlara girer ve İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi İnşaat Fakültesi'ni kazanır. 1957 yılında İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi'nden mezun olur. Bir dönem Kadıköy vapur iskelesinin yapımında çalışmıştır Ardından bu görevinden istifa eden Oğuz Atay, Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi'nde öğretim üyesi olarak çalışmaya başlar. Oğuz Atay "Bir Bilim Adamının Romanı" adlı eserini genç yaştan ölen bilim adamı olan Mustafa İnan'a adamıştır. Onun hayat hikayesini kendi tarzı ile anlatarak eserine işledi. Oğuz Atay 1961 yılında modacı olan Fatma Gürbüz ile evlenir. Bu evlilikten de bir kız çocuğu dünyaya gelir.
 1975 yılında doçentlik unvanı kazanmıştır. Türk edebiyatında ses getirmiş olan Tutunamayanlar eseri en beğenilen eseridir. Türk romanını çağdaş seviyeye getirmiş olan bu eser pek çok eleştirmen tarafından tam not almayı başarmıştır. Oğuz Atay yazmış olduğu Tehlikeli Oyunlar eseri de yine aynı etkiyi yakalamıştır. Oğuz Atay aynı zamanda 1970 yılında TRT tarafından roman ödülüne layık görülmüştür. 1973 yılında tiyatroya da bir eser kazandırarak oyunlarla yaşayanlar eseri devlet tiyatrolarında sahnelenerek çok beğenilmiştir. Saima gazetesi 1846 yılında hükümetçe kapatıldı. 1848–1849 yılları arası Helsinki Üniversitesi'ne profesörlük için yaptığı başvuru reddedildi. İsveç'e taşınmayı düşündüyse de 1855'te Kuopio'dan ayrılarak Helsinki'ye kesin dönüş yaptı. Snellman, Çar Nicholas 1855'te ölünceye değin zor ekonomik şartlar altında ailesini idare etmeye çalıştı. Ancak Çar öldükten sonra tekrar kendi yazılarını yayınlama imkânı buldu.
En sonunda 1856'te, Helsinki Üniversitesi'ne profesör olarak atandı. 1863'te ise Finlandiya Parlamentosu'nda senatör olarak görev aldı. Maliye Bakanlığı'na kadar yükseldi ve 1865'te Finlandiya'nın kendi para birimi olan Markka'yı hizmete sundu. 1868'de çok fazla politik karmaşa çıkardığı gerekçesiyle istifaya zorlandı. Her şeye rağmen 1866'da onurlandırılarak Parlamento'nun Onur Konsülü'ne dahil edildi.
Snellman hayatının geri kalanını da politikayla uğraşarak geçirdi. Bugun bile milliyetçi hareketlerde onun izi ve fikirleri kuvvetli olarak hissedilmektedir.
Hayatını konu alan, Grigory Petrov'un kaleme aldığı, Beyaz Zambaklar Ülkesinde adlı kitap hem Türkiye'de hem de Bulgaristan'da büyük beğeni toplamış, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk'ün emriyle tüm askeri okullarda okutulması zorunlu tutulmuştur.
Finlandiya'da her yıl 12 Mayıs Snellman Günü adıyla kutlanmaktadır.

]]> Hegel üstüne akademik çalışmalarının sonucu 1835'te Helsinki Üniversitesi'ne ders vermek üzere davet edildi. Üniversitede yaptığı çalışmalar sonucu Lönnrot ve Runeberg ile birlikte kuşağının ünlü Fennomanları arasında yerini aldı. Snellman'nın dersleri üniversitede kısa sürede popüler oldu fakat 1838'de üniversitelerin devlet kontrolüne alınmasıyla devlet otoritesine karşıt görüşler sindirilmek istendi ve Snellman'nın dersleri geçici olarak kaldırıldı.
Snellman bu hadise sonucu kendi kararıyla Finlandiya'dan ayrıldı ve 1839–1842 yılları arası İsveç ve Almanya'da yaşadı. Helsinki'ye döndüğünde popülaritesi daha da artmıştı fakat politik nedenlerle Üniversiteye geri dönmesi mümkün olmadı. Bunun yerine Kuipo'da bir okulda müdür olarak görev aldı. Bu esnada bazı politik yazılar yayınladı. İsveççe çıkardığı Saima gazetesinde, eğitimin İsveççeden Finceye çevrilmesini ve Fin kültürünün her alanda desteklenmesini savundu.
